45 nitrates measured @ 20ppm this morning

i think i was getting too friendly with the chow

changed 10 gal 5 at a time so not to stress the coral

used my siphon hose setup by myself. it did what i expected but i was able
to finish cleaning the red slime

ended up stressing coral anyway but that's too bad

broke an expensive fan in the 45 but it's still working

-------------------------------------------------

the 30 has the 10k light out. ballast. this is the 3rd thing to break on
that tank's lights in less than a year.

made in china

called All Glass to get replacement. i think i'm going to get a new tank
instead. this one just has too many break downs. Sad
