spots on gold fish

One of my gold fish have 2 spots on the tail. It appears to be the same
color as its tail. The spots are about the size of a sand or smaller.

Would anyone know if this is a disease?
Should I worry about it at all?

i'd keep an eye on it, if it grows or moves or duplicates then you have a problem.
