Gift-A-Book campaign collects more than 80 books for Newcastle library

Parents have stepped up in a big way through the school’s campaign to make sure children have the books they need to succeed, Berry said. About 80 books have already been donated for students to use for years to come, Berry said. “Our community is really supportive, and we’re really lucky we have such a strong program that parents and kids want to donate to,” she said.
