Depends on what source of NO3 is used, fish waste and KNO3 are two
very different things. See my and Richard's post, I went to 160ppm ,
Richard to 200ppm with no ill effects on fish.

I use mostly Mg(NO3)2.6H2O as my tap water has only Ca in it...
Somehow my K stays at about 50 ppm !
