How often should I change my water? I have tested my water and it is
fine nothing is out of wack. Should I change the water to keep it
fresh, or should I leave well enough alone.

The reason for this question is that I have an anemone that is balled
up. He was doing well as of 3 days ago but the last few he kind of
sits in the middle with little to no activity.

What about the temp. should that be set at a certain level. My tank
is a reef tank with three fish (20 gallon).

Try asking this over on the reef group instead.. but first test your water
and write down all the results and post them with your note. They will not
accept being told *water is fine*, lol.. they want details and can help you
better with as much as you can give them.. current temp, salinity, pH,
everything.

Ok, water is fine. What are your chlorine levels? How about chloramines?
How about Phosphates? How about strontium? How about magnesium? How about
organics (orp)? What about iodine/iodide?

General consensus is water changes remove some bad water and put back some
water that is good. Small changes more often are better than big changes
less often. We only test for a very limited number of things we know kill
animals, but we don't always test for what keeps them doing well. Of course
everything in the saltwater world is a guide no real instructions exist.
