Hi,

since you all were so helpful answering my last post, I'd figure I'd
try to ask
another question. Please answer so I don't listen to my LFS employee
who I think knows less than i do Sad.

What if any sps corals can I keep in a 30g reef with PC lighting 192
watts. 1 8800k and 1 actinic blue. I was looking at the "Dr's foster
and smith sps coral pack, but
I'd rather buy frags individually to get what I want. I current have
bullseye mushroom, yellow polyp, button polyp and an open brain. I
would like to add some other more colorful frags to round it out. BTW
all the coral including the brain is doing well, and I have a ton of
corraline algae.

Any info for point to a reference would be appreciated.

TIA,

Bill

You can get any SPS with that much lighting and expect success. Only the Blue
Tortuosa might be a real issue, I'd guess.

I've got two different species of Acropora, two different Montipora, and a
Pocillopora under 165w of PC lighting on my 29g.

Try some montipora digitata, chances are you can find someone with a frag
for cheap.
