I have a calcium reactor (A My Reef Creations MR-4) and am using it with a 10
gallon co2 tank and am using the blue line dual gauge co2 regulator. The
problem I have is keeping a steady bubble rate. I have plenty co2 in the tank.
The gauge is showing it and it was just filled not long ago. the 2nd gauge is
showing around 14 which according to the manual is what it should be adjusted
to but I will have it starting having bubbles at the right rate but then a
couple days later I look and it's not bubbling so I turn it up but the 2nd
gauge stays about the same.
Do I maybe have to adjust the knob for the 2nd gauge or is this type of
behavior normal. It just seems like this it will also be a lot of work and
never be more self maintaining.
Is it possible I just don't have a very steady regulator and should look at
purchasing another co2 regulator and giving up on this one?
If I do indeed get a new regulator what is a good regulator to look at?
Thanks for any help.
