Petco Pals a good insurance for dogs?

You should get insurance for my pitbull, and I was wondering if I can get insurance that 14 something per month ... will be covered for warm heart? if someone has insurance Petco please help me.

I did a bunch of tests and concluded that these plans pet insurance are losing money. This would be a good idea to open a savings account and deposit money from any threat there to have it available in case of emergencies.
