Should be. I use largish pieces in my outdoor
pond as hiding places for the fish, and will
occasionally use a smaller piece in my indoor
aquaria (tropical fish) when I'm in between
more expensive decorations. No problems.

Yes PVC is safe. It is used extensively in reef aquariums. Please give
the PVC glue extra time to cure.

uncured glue will release toluene into the water .... cure well.

It's OK. Let the glue dry 24 hours before use in the tank
