Using ozone generator is okay with koi pond? Or should I need another
device before water(went through ozone generator) goes back to pond?
Please help me with your advice. Thanks.

Peter,

When ozone generators are used in aquaculture ponds they are used in a
variety of ways. One of the means is exposing the water to ozone when it
coming out of the ponds when it is considered an effluent, but it is held in
a retention chamber before it enters into filtration system. The retention
chamber can be used to mix ozone with the water just before it goes into the
pond, but this technique has to be monitored very carefully. In moving
water it takes ozone 11 minutes to deteriorate, so the water that is exposed
to ozone has to stay in the chamber more than 30 minutes. There are also
counter-current devices that are used and they work effectively. No matter
what technique you use you have to have a containment container to allow for
the deterioration of the ozone before the water goes back into the water
where the fish reside.

Unless you are willing to have a meet these requirements of containment
ozone is not for you. There are a lot of other things to consider, but what
I have told you is the essence of ozone's use in aquariums or ponds.

Needless to say, that if you don't adopt and use an effective ozone for your
system and ozone comes in contact with your fish you will kill them.

HTH
