Where can I buy cheap, wholesale, or used aquariams. I need 30 + liters per fish want and any suggestions on what predatory fish and must receive a 30 + gallon tank. also found a 7.

A 30 gallon tank is really not big enough for most predatory fish. You can lead a Green Spotted Puffer in that size tank.
