Coins are often made of different metals. Sometimes they are very reactive in water.

The claim in the patent is for an “ornamental design for a curvilinear aquarium light, as shown and described. The patent wisely points out that the dashed lines for the curved aquarium are for illustrative purposes only and “form no part of the claimed design”. In both this Curvilinear Patent and the Panorama Patent, no mention of LED lighting is made....
