How do I keep my fish-tank algae-free?
I have a 30-gallon aquarium populated by semi-agressive "fish. Someone told me that I could put snails to take care of algae, but I put one in my fish and killed it.
To be honest I really can not fully ensure the tank algae free, but you can control it. Algae needs two things to grow, nitrate and light. By reducing these two things, you can reduce algae.
