Area of triangle when tipped = area of rectangle when the level.
(1 / 2) * (3 / 4) * L * 7 = L * h, where L indicates the length and height h of water
==> H = (1 / 2) * (3 / 4) * L * 7 / L
==> H = 21 / 8 0r 2.
